2017 CRAFT FAIR REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Crafters can register/pay one of two ways:

  1. Register/pay on-line. Vendors may pay online via the school’s secure website using PayPal. You will only need to enter your credit card information and submit.  Your payment will then be processed by Paypal without signing in to Paypal.  Go to the bottom of this page if you are paying and registering online.

OR

  1. Download a hard copy of the registration form by clicking on the following link, 2017 Crafter Registration Form.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment you will receive an email confirmation. Your participation in the Craft Fair is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Sharon Williams. Your cleared, cancelled check is confirmation of registration if you pay by check or your credit card statement if you use PayPal.

****IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SPECIALTY VENDORS****

July 17,2017 UPDATE:  We are no longer accepting the following specialty vendors:

  • Mary Kay Cosmetics
  • Tupperware

 

LOCATIONCorpus Christi School is co-located with St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 3301 Glen Carlyn Road, Falls Church, VA – at the corner of Rt. 7 (Leesburg Pike) and Glen Carlyn Road.

ENTRY DEADLINE:  Any crafters whose checks do not clear one week prior to the show date will not be allowed to participate. Space is limited and is awarded on a first come basis.

REFUNDS: This is a fundraiser that benefits the students at Corpus Christi. As such, there will be no refunds if you are unable to participate the day of the Craft Fair.

CRAFTS: All hand-crafted items are welcome. We also consider specialty vendors but no food sales for immediate consumption will be allowed by any vendors. Only 15 jewelry vendors will be accepted.

TABLES: Bring your own table coverings, displays and extension cords. You can also rent tables.  Space rental does NOT include a table.  

SET-UP: Doors open at 7:00 a.m. for set-up. Craft Fair hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Items not removed by 5:00 p.m. become Corpus Christi School’s property. Early display breakdowns are not permitted.

PROCEEDS: All proceeds from space rentals, silent auctions and raffles go to support the students at Corpus Christi School.

LIABILITY: In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, crafters assume the risk of any loss or damage associated with such participation and agree that neither Corpus Christi School, PTO, St. Anthony’s Parish nor any of their employees, agents or volunteers may be held liable for any damage or loss of any type, whether to person, property or economic damages, beyond return of any registration fees paid.
